The role involves accelerating milestones for children aged walking through 11 years old by discovering their superpowers and building confidence in social and academic settings. Responsibilities include working hard, playing harder, maintaining a fun and positive environment, and ensuring cleanliness for safety.

Candidates must possess high energy, a genuine love for young children (Up to age 11), and the ability to work 3-5 shifts weekly, including weekends. A commitment to training, following direction, having stage presence for performance, and willingness to clean are essential requirements.
