Seasonal Substitute Camp Counselor -Rochester, MN

The seasonal substitute camp counselor will supervise groups of campers aged 6-12, build positive relationships, and lead them through engaging activities and transitions while ensuring their safety and well-Being throughout the day. This role also involves following camp policies, reporting incidents, and professionally communicating updates to parents and guardians.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and pass required state and company background checks, meeting minimum education and experience requirements. A minimum of two months of experience working with camp-Age children is required (One year preferred), along with current first aid and cpr certifications before the first day of camp.
