Seasonal Substitute Camp Counselor - Hoboken, NJ

The seasonal substitute camp counselor steps in on-Call to supervise campers aged 6–12, support hands-On activities using prepared plans, and help maintain a safe and engaging camp environment. Responsibilities include supervising groups, leading activities and transitions, ensuring camper safety, following policies, and communicating professionally with parents.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and pass required state and company background checks, meeting minimum education and experience requirements. A minimum of two months of experience working with camp-Age children is required, with one year preferred, and first aid/Cpr certification is mandatory before the first day of camp.
