Teacher - Preschool - Cobb Center

The teacher is responsible for the care and education of a group of children as part of a teaching team, assisting with curriculum planning and implementation while maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment. Key duties include performing daily health checks, promoting healthy practices, interacting with children during activities, and supporting their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Candidates must possess proficient knowledge in child development theories, safe activities, and relevant policies, demonstrating skills in teamwork, problem-Solving, communication, and time management. A child development associate (Cda) or an associate's degree in early childhood education or a closely related field is required, along with the ability to meet physical demands like lifting up to 30lbs unassisted.
