About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Substitute Teacher to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining a continuity of education when our regular instructors are unavailable. The Substitute Teacher will effectively implement existing lesson plans, manage classroom dynamics, and foster a positive and productive environment for our young learners.

Responsibilities

Deliver instructional activities prepared by the regular teacher, ensuring students continue to progress towards academic goals. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a healthy learning atmosphere. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests. Maintain accurate records as required by school policies. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Prior teaching experience is preferred Ability to pass both state and federal background check To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
