Floating Associate Teacher

The floating associate teacher will fill in for absent center staff as needed, fulfilling associate teacher duties and site-Specific tasks at various 4cs preschool centers. This includes planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and completing child assessments and parent conferences.

The ideal candidate must be capable of stepping into various roles to cover for absent staff while performing standard associate teacher duties. Responsibilities extend to curriculum implementation, child assessments, and parent communication.
