Coverage Specialist - Elementary and Middle School (to build a candidate pool)

The coverage specialist is responsible for delivering instruction as outlined by teacher plans and maintaining a safe and affirming student culture. They will also collect and save student work to return to the absent teacher and communicate with parents when necessary.

Candidates must have at least 30 college credits or equivalent experience and demonstrate the ability to create strong relationships with students and families. A professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities are also required.
