Assistant Teacher

Responsibilities include providing active supervision to ensure child safety, engaging in reflection and discussion about children's growth, and supporting the lead teacher in documenting learning through various school vehicles. The role also involves nurturing the physical, spiritual, emotional, social, cognitive, and literary growth of each child while collaborating on classroom management and curriculum domains.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with a 90-Hour certification, cda, associate's, or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field preferred. Essential qualities include being energetic, enthusiastic, creative, and possessing strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to meet maryland state department of education requirements.
