Lead Preschool Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for monitoring the development and learning of children by creating hands-On, engaging educational experiences through exploration and play, while ensuring a safe environment through active supervision at all times. They must also nurture the physical, spiritual, emotional, social, cognitive, and literary growth of each child while building professional relationships with families.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of child development, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and innovate within a constructivist-Inspired philosophy. Preferred qualifications include a 90-Hour certification, cda, associate's, or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field, along with experience in a child-Centered setting.
