Associate Teacher

Associate teachers will support classroom culture by cultivating an engaging environment, establishing routines, and managing transitions, while also co-Delivering whole group instruction and facilitating data-Driven small group instruction in collaboration with the general education teacher. Key duties also involve actively engaging in professional development, responding to student data, and collaborating with families regarding attendance and academic updates.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and ideally have 1-2 years of professional experience, with preference given to those with experience working with students in underserved communities. A strong passion for educational equity and alignment with the organization's path values (Prepared, attentive, thoughtful, and hardworking) are essential requirements.
