Behavior Therapist (Long Beach/Lakewood/Downey)

The behavior technician will implement behavior intervention plans created by board-Certified behavior analysts and supervisors to support individuals diagnosed with autism and related disorders. Responsibilities also include ensuring client and family support, implementing goals for the child's potential, collecting progress data, and providing feedback to the clinical team.

A high school diploma is required, though an associate's degree or higher is preferred, along with a minimum of one year of experience working with children with special needs. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid ca driver's license, and be able to pass background checks and a tb test.
