The Fitness Trainer will lead scheduled on-site group fitness classes tailored for older adults, focusing on functional movement, balance, and strength. They are also responsible for delivering personalized one-on-one and small group training sessions based on individual resident goals.
Fitness Instructors are the heart of the Live 2 B Healthy program, delivering safe, effective, and engaging group fitness classes for older adults in senior living communities. Instructors are also responsible for providing individualized attention through Private One-on-One Training and Small Group Training sessions. This role requires a passion for helping seniors stay active, with a strong commitment to program quality, safety, and participant progress.
• Hourly pay based on experience and certifications. Additional compensation for private and small group sessions. Mileage and travel time may be reimbursed as applicable.
Candidates must possess experience in senior fitness, personal training, group fitness, Aqua aerobics, or rehab-based exercise, along with a current nationally recognized fitness certification and CPR/AED certification.
