Volunteer Substitute Teacher

Substitute teachers are responsible for implementing provided lifewise curriculum lesson plans on an as-Needed basis while maintaining a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment. Duties also include taking attendance, maintaining classroom order, and communicating effectively with the regular teacher and volunteers.

Candidates must possess a mature personal christian faith and actively participate in a local church whose doctrine aligns with the lifewise academy statement of faith. The ideal applicant should demonstrate excellence in biblical knowledge, teaching abilities, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
