The occupational therapist evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans according to patient needs and physician direction. They also ensure the design of functional treatment programs for effective community reintegration.

A valid state license or eligibility for state licensure as an occupational therapist is required, along with a certified bls or completion within the first 90 days of employment. Preferred qualifications include acute or inpatient experience.
