Teachers are responsible for ensuring all scholars master necessary academic and social skills by setting ambitious achievement goals and holding scholars accountable. This involves empowering educators to create powerful learning environments, plan and deliver rigorous instruction, and assess for mastery while tracking and intervening on scholar progress.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution, along with a valid state teacher license or enrollment in a credentialing program. Essential qualifications include effective, standards-Driven pedagogical skills and experience tracking and utilizing data to inform instruction.
