26/27 Elementary Teacher ($5,000 Annual Bonus for Certified Teachers)

Teachers are responsible for planning and delivering rigorous instruction while setting ambitious goals for student achievement. They must track scholar progress, assess for mastery, and provide interventions to ensure students meet academic and social growth targets.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher and possess a valid state teacher license or be enrolled in a credentialing program. A passion for working with students in under-Served communities and effective data-Driven pedagogical skills are required.
