26/27 ESL/ELL Teacher ($5,000 Annual Bonus for Certified Teachers)

The teacher is responsible for providing and coordinating high-Quality english language development instruction and compliant services to support english learners' academic and language acquisition growth. This includes monitoring scholar progress, ensuring compliance with federal and michigan ell requirements, and collaborating with classroom teachers and families.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution and hold a michigan teaching certificate, with an endorsement in english as a second language or bilingual education being preferred. A strong passion for working with students and families in underserved communities is also required.
