Bolton Hill Nursery [https://www.boltonhillnursery.org/] (BHN) is hiring full-time TEACHERS for the 2026 summer and 2026-2027 school year, starting immediately.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a preschool or licensed childcare environment (preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Certification: Current Maryland 90-Hour Child Care Certification is a plus. If not currently held, BHN will pay for you to obtain this certificate within your first six months.
• Mindset: High cultural competency and a desire to be a lifelong learner.
• Physical
• Requirements: Ability to engage in physical activity with children, including lifting up to 40 lbs, sitting on the floor, and navigating stairs/playground environments.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience/MSDE credentials).
