Lifeguard Non Student

The lifeguard is primarily responsible for ensuring the safety of all individuals in and around kresge pool by monitoring conditions, enforcing safety protocols, and administering first aid or cpr when necessary. This role also involves overseeing patron sign-In, managing medical supply inventory, and supervising open swim sessions, physical education classes, and varsity swim practices.

Applicants must possess current, valid cpr and lifeguard certifications, which must adhere to new york state guidelines and remain valid through at least the first semester of employment. All hired lifeguards are also mandated to participate in and demonstrate proficiency during required in-Service training each semester.
