Preschool Teacher

The preschool teacher acts as the lead teacher in the morning program, responsible for creating lesson plans and developing activities that support core academic skill development and integrated curriculum units reflecting multicultural perspectives. This role also involves proactive communication with parents, maintaining observational records, and collaborating with teaching teams to support student educational, social, and emotional growth.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree with significant coursework in early childhood education, and a master's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of three years of experience in early childhood teaching. Strong candidates need excellent knowledge of early childhood education, proficiency in integrated curriculum development, and excellent written and oral communication skills for effective parent interaction.
