Core responsibilities
The instructional paraprofessional will deliver intervention lessons, monitor progress, and reteach to ensure students successfully complete tasks while working with students in classrooms and small groups under licensed specialist supervision. This role involves providing differentiated support for el, sped, and general education students, implementing intervention programs with fidelity, and supporting various student plans like ieps and rti/Mtss.
Requirements summary
The role requires working closely with sped, eld, and general education staff to support students through the mtss process, which includes implementing team-Designed behavior support plans and collecting data for iep goals. Proficiency in administering required assessments like aimsweb, iready, cmas, access, sat/Psat, and edgenuity performance tasks is necessary.
