Pre-K Head Teacher - Uniondale

The head teacher is responsible for planning and executing an educational program that addresses the developmental, social, and health needs of the children, while actively supervising all classroom staff during activities both on and off school grounds. This role also involves upholding the center's philosophy, implementing curriculum, managing parent relations, and participating in required meetings and training sessions.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged along with a child development associate (Cda) credential, or an associate's/Bachelor's/Master's degree in early childhood education. Required experience involves working with children aged 3-5 years, with 1-2 years preferred, and maintaining flexible availability for shifts between 7 am and 6 pm.
