Behavior Interventionist

As a behavior interventionist, you will work directly with children and teens with developmental disabilities, implementing individualized aba treatment plans under bcba supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Key duties include providing consistent therapy, tracking progress through data collection, and collaborating with supervisors and families to achieve optimal outcomes.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a genuine passion for helping children and teens grow, along with reliable transportation. The role requires a commitment to providing at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady client progress.
