Behavior Interventionist

As a behavior interventionist, the primary role is to work directly with children and teens with developmental disabilities, implementing individualized aba treatment plans under bcba supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Responsibilities also include tracking progress through data collection and collaborating with supervisors and families to ensure optimal outcomes.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation, driven by a genuine passion for helping children and teens grow. A commitment to providing at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week is necessary for this role.
