Outreach Coordinator, Watsonville Center

The outreach coordinator is primarily responsible for owning the top of the recruitment funnel by driving awareness and interest in digital nest programming through consistent youth outreach and execution of recruitment strategies. This includes leading classroom presentations, maintaining community presence at events, managing leads with immediate follow-Up, and occasionally delivering curriculum to support active members.

Candidates must have the equivalent of at least five years of professional experience in youth engagement, outreach, or community coordination, demonstrating a proven ability to proactively recruit and connect with diverse youth while meeting quantitative targets. Essential requirements include excellent public speaking skills, comfort presenting to large groups, strong lead management capabilities, and reliable transportation for required travel.
