Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will help children with autism learn, grow, and build essential skills through play-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy. Responsibilities include gaining training and skills to support a career in behavior analysis and creating lasting, positive change for children and their families.

Candidates must have a genuine desire to help children with autism and possess qualities like compassion, empathy, and reliability, along with a willingness to learn about autism and aba. Education requires a high school diploma or above, reliable transportation, and availability for specified full-Time or part-Time schedules.
