School-Based Paraprofessional

The para-Professional will deliver applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children with autism in various settings, working under the direction of a clinical supervisor. Key duties include implementing aba programs, developing goals, creating materials, providing parent education, and analyzing client behavior data.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience working with children with special needs or autism. Applicants must also meet the minimum age requirement of 18 and be eligible to work in the united states.
