Behavior Technician

The role involves implementing strategies outlined in students' behavior support plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst and partnering with school district personnel to support student curriculum access. Responsibilities also include utilizing crisis management procedures to de-Escalate challenging behaviors.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the us, possess reliable transportation, and have a high school diploma or equivalent, with mandatory school/Classroom experience. A genuine desire to help children with autism and a willingness to learn about aba are essential characteristics sought.
