Boys Varsity Baseball Assistant Coach

The assistant coach supports the head coach in developing student-Athletes by assisting with practices, skill instruction in hitting, fielding, pitching, and base running, and reinforcing team expectations. This role also involves stepping in to lead practices when necessary and monitoring student-Athlete behavior and safety during team activities.

Candidates must possess previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school or collegiate level in baseball, along with strong knowledge of the sport's rules and strategies. Essential requirements include excellent leadership, communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering a safe and supportive team environment.
