YMCA at North Rutherford is Now Hiring for YPlay Attendant Position Type

Part-time Pay Range starts at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Do you love working with kids and creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for them? Join the YMCA of Middle TN as a YPlay Attendant ! You’ll be part of a team dedicated to helping children grow in spirit, mind, and body.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide attentive, nurturing care for children ages six weeks to six years. Lead fun activities like creative arts, story-time, and games. Assist with diaper changes and toilet training while following hygiene standards. Build positive relationships with parents and families. Maintain a safe and engaging space for all children.
