Requirements summary
Candidates must be a graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing or possess three years of related professional nursing experience, along with a current indiana licensed practical nurse (Lpn) license. A minimum of one year of general nursing experience and two years of experience working with pediatric patients are required.
