Minister - Substitute Teacher

The substitute teacher is responsible for the safety and well-Being of students, taking attendance, maintaining classroom order, and teaching the provided curriculum or creating a lesson plan if necessary. Duties also involve enforcing school rules, observing student performance, grading assignments, and reporting classroom activities to the absent teacher.

Candidates must acknowledge christ as savior, support the lmcm mission, demonstrate spiritual qualities, and agree with the statement of faith. Essential qualifications include flexibility, patience, strong communication skills, the ability to pass a background check, and understanding of school procedures.
