Certified Dual Language Elementary Teacher (26-27)

Educators are responsible for developing year-Long, standards-Based unit and lesson plans tailored to meet all students' learning needs, utilizing assessment data to modify plans and promote academic performance. They must also collaborate with teams, establish trusting relationships with students and families, and participate in daily school functions and critical events.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a valid texas teaching certificate in bilingual education, along with fluency in both spanish and english. Required competencies include an unwavering commitment to the kipp texas mission, a strong record of achieving academic success for underserved students, and a willingness to commit to an intense curriculum and continuous professional improvement.
