Residential Advisor

The residential advisor is responsible for student support and ensuring the orderly operation of the dormitory program by supervising students to maintain a safe and secure living environment. Duties include managing living conditions, supervising activities, assisting students with personal goals, maintaining records, and enforcing center policies.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, with an associate's degree being preferred, and must hold a valid state driver's license. The role requires regular physical activity including sitting, standing, walking, reaching, talking, listening, and the ability to move up to 50 pounds.
