Core responsibilities
The athletic trainer will be responsible for the daily evaluation and care of injured or rehabilitating student-Athletes, alongside providing sport coverage for practices and games under the supervision of the director of sports medicine. Duties include planning and coordinating daily treatment, rehabilitation, and injury evaluations, while maintaining accurate documentation using the sportsware system.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master's degree in athletic training (Preferred) from an accredited institution and be eligible for florida state licensure, along with current certification by the board of certification (Boc) and basic life support (Bls) certification. The position requires availability to work nights, weekends, and travel with teams, starting on august 3, 2026.
