The youth soccer coach will be responsible for coaching soccer camps and clinics throughout the Atlanta area, delivering content from various curricula based on the program. Additionally, the coach must actively scout and recommend talented players for Atlanta United’s Regional Development School program.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a USSF ‘D’ license or United Soccer Coaches ‘National Diploma’ and have three years of previous coaching experience, along with a recognized coaching qualification. Roles and Responsibilities A coach’s working week is comprised of on field coaching hours & administration duties Required to attend a mandatory paid preseason orientation event Assist in RDS team tryouts. Scout/recommend talented, potential RDS players. Organize and assist in the running of other camps/clinics/tryouts throughout the year. Assist with Community Relations events as needed. Assist with training for affiliate programs as needed.
