Behavior Technician

The primary responsibilities involve delivering one-On-One aba therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, focusing on teaching communication, social, motor, play, and daily living skills. Technicians must also maintain an engaging therapy environment, collect data, document progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Candidates must be energetic and dependable, capable of performing physical tasks such as walking, running, lifting up to 30 lbs, and maintaining strong written and verbal communication skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required, and reliable transportation along with a clean criminal history are mandatory.
