Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will help children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self-Help skills through play-Based therapy using applied behavior analysis (Aba). Responsibilities also include physical engagement such as pushing, pulling, lifting up to 35 pounds, sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and running based on client needs.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the united states, and possess reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. A high school diploma or ged is required, along with the ability to pass a background check and commit to a consistent part-Time weekly schedule.
