Lead Teachers

Lead and inspire the classroom with creativity, care, and excellence while mentoring assistant teachers and modeling the organization's core values. Responsibilities also include building meaningful relationships with families and children, planning engaging lessons, and maintaining a safe and joyful classroom environment.

Candidates must possess the lead teacher/Ect qualification under colorado department of early childhood requirements, along with a cda or associate's degree; a bachelor's degree is preferred. A minimum of two years of early childhood education experience is required, along with current cpr/First aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
