Behavior Technician

As a behavior technician, the role involves assisting a licensed board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba) with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions for children receiving applied behavioral analysis (Aba) therapy. This includes supporting clinicians and helping patients and families learn new skills and techniques effectively.

Candidates should ideally have one year of experience in a therapy setting or be currently enrolled in a therapy curriculum program, and must possess or be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification. Essential qualities include exceptional communication skills, adaptability, a positive attitude in a fast-Paced environment, and a self-Motivated drive for excellent patient care.
