Core responsibilities
Teachers will collaborate with co-Teachers and specialists to develop, implement, and evaluate preschool curriculum, ensuring a fun, safe, and educationally rich environment for children's development. Essential duties include maintaining classroom compliance with licensing standards, nurturing children's growth, and documenting learning experiences for families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be working towards lead certification and possess an early childhood teacher credential (Level ii in pdis) along with first-Aid/Cpr certification. Prior experience with young children and knowledge of a constructivist approach to learning are required, alongside physical ability to interact with children on the floor and lift 30 pounds.
