Teacher (Pre-K)

Teachers are responsible for creating and maintaining a respectful classroom culture that fosters safe and productive learning for children aged 3-5, implementing developmentally appropriate and culturally integrated curriculum in partnership with families and staff. Essential duties include adhering to various compliance standards, engaging with children at eye level, attending to personal care needs, and completing extensive documentation related to child development, assessments, and family conferences.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field with specific coursework in early childhood education, along with two years of relevant experience. Employment is contingent upon obtaining cpr and first aid certification within six months and successfully passing a required background check, including verification of education and employment history.
