Case Manager - Independent Youth Housing Program

The case manager will provide specialized services to a caseload of 15-17 young adults aged 18-23, supporting them in achieving goals related to housing, employment, and education through individualized, strengths-Based service plans. Responsibilities also include teaching life skills, maintaining detailed documentation, and collaborating with community partners to ensure participant success in key life domains.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with a master's degree preferred, alongside experience working with populations such as those in foster care, homelessness, or the juvenile justice system. Essential requirements include strong youth engagement skills, the ability to teach independence skills, basic computer proficiency, and the capacity to meet driving requirements for transporting clients.
