EHR Training Specialist

The specialist maintains and delivers standardized training materials to ensure the optimization of the electronic health record, often participating in workflow development and testing. Responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of ehr training for new and current employees, training providers, and updating all required training materials.

A minimum of one year of clinical or equivalent experience in a healthcare environment is required, along with an associate's degree in a related clinical area or equivalent training/Ehr experience. Candidates must possess strong communication skills across various organizational levels and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
