Market context
California preschool roles often stay competitive because employers look for candidates who already meet Title 22 ECE unit requirements or can quickly obtain a valid California Teaching Permit. These positions also typically require a clean background check and strong classroom temperament, so applicants with documented early childhood coursework and hands-on preschool experience tend to stand out. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your permit status and ECE units before applying.
