Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement applied behavior analysis (Aba) treatment programs for patients and families under the direction of a clinical supervisor, focusing on skill acquisition and challenging behavior reduction. Essential duties include providing direct treatment, collecting and recording data with high fidelity, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to clinical quality standards.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and successfully pass the initial card behavior technician training program, which includes written and field evaluations. Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) is preferred, and english proficiency, reliable transportation, and a commitment of at least six months are required.
