Collaborate with various staff members and families to plan and implement the head start educational program, preparing preschool children for kindergarten and beyond. Responsibilities include assisting with daily classroom operations, ensuring child safety, promoting skill building across developmental domains, and supporting family engagement activities.

A minimum of a high school education or equivalent is required, with a preference for an associate’s degree or higher in early childhood education, or obtaining a child development associate (Cda) credential within two years. Candidates must be able to lift 40 pounds, stoop, bend, reach, and possess a valid driver's license acceptable to the agency insurer.
