Infant Toddler Teacher Full Year Fairborn

The role involves collaborating with various staff and families to plan and implement the head start educational program, preparing children for kindergarten by managing daily classroom operations and ensuring a safe learning environment. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing activities that promote skill building across all developmental domains and assisting with developmental screenings.

A minimum of a high school education or equivalent is required, with preference given to those holding an associate’s degree or higher in early childhood education, or those willing to complete a paid cda program within two years. Candidates must be able to lift 40 pounds, stoop, bend, reach, and possess a valid driver's license acceptable to the agency insurer.
