Core responsibilities
This role manages the full lifecycle of employee training records, serving as the operational backbone for the training function by maintaining the company learning management system (Lms) and ensuring data accuracy across all levels. The administrator coordinates training delivery, manages assignments, supports career progression, and helps schedule essential drills and field training sessions.
Requirements summary
The ideal candidate must be proficient in microsoft office and experienced with lms platforms, preferably evotix, along with systems like adp, sharepoint, isnetworld, and avetta. Key competencies include meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to interpret and present data clearly, and strong relationship-Building skills to ensure consistent process participation.
