Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

This role involves providing applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children with autism in center-Based or home-Based settings, focusing on teaching communication, social, and self-Help skills. Responsibilities also include diligently collecting data to monitor client progress and providing regular written and verbal updates on treatment goals.

Candidates should possess passion and a desire to work with children, although no direct experience is necessary as comprehensive onboarding and training are provided. A background check, potentially including criminal history and driving records, is required for this position.
